Registration will not work unless you are signed into your Zoom account first.
Zoom Registration Instructions
1. Sign In to Zoom
Log in to your Zoom account at https://zoom.us/signin.
Use the same Zoom account for both registration and attendance. If you register while signed into one account but attempt to join from another, you may experience access issues when joining the session.
2. Register for the Session
Once logged in, click the session registration link and complete the registration form.
3. Check Your Email
After registration is complete, Zoom will send a confirmation email containing your unique join link. Save this email for the day of the event.
Before the Session
Please verify the following before joining:
Your microphone and speakers/headset are working properly.
Your camera is functioning correctly.
Zoom is updated to the latest version.
You are signed in to the same Zoom account used during registration.
Recording & AI Use Policy
To protect attendee privacy and the integrity of the educational content:
AI note-taking assistants, AI meeting bots, AI transcription services, and AI recording tools are not permitted.
Screen recording, audio recording, screenshots, third-party recording software, and unauthorized transcripts are prohibited.
Session content may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior approval from the presenter and/or chapter leadership.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the session and forfeiture of participation credit.
